However, we do stand behind the quality of everything we create.<\/p><h3><strong>Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><\/h3><p>If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will be happy to offer you:<\/p><ul><li>A replacement item<\/li><li>Or a store credit for the full value of the damaged product<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Returns &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Unused, unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.<\/li><li>Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.<\/li><li>Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.<\/li><\/ul><p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
